We couldn't open our home away from home without our wonderful volunteers. We are particularly looking for people who can help in the following shifts:​

 

Current Volunteer Roles Needed

All current shifts Mon - Thurs filled, however we may need still need shifts covered, so you are still welcome to register your interest. In the future we may also be considering opening Friday so if this is something that interests you please let us know.

What is required?

• You need to be 17 or over and available in school term time (we are closed in the school holidays)

• if 18+ you will need a Working With Children's Check for volunteers

• You will have an informal interview followed by an induction with our Volunteer Coordinator. 

• We'll need to do a Referee Check ( 2 x Character References)

• To note if needed we are registered with Centrelink for volunteer hours

Once you have completed the induction you'll need to complete a short 30-60 min online course 'Doing Food Safely'

Then you'll be all set to go. We will provide all training needed.
